The Controller must act on your request without delay and, in any event, no later than one month after receiving your request. The deadline may be extended by two months, and in that case, the Controller will always inform you within thirty days of the reasons necessitating the extension.

You have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
If you reside in an EU member state other than where the Controller is located, or if the violation of the personal data protection regulations occurs in another EU country, you must file your complaint with the Authority responsible for monitoring compliance with the personal data protection regulations in that country.
Filing a complaint does not preclude the possibility of pursuing any other legal action.
